What locations do you serve?

We primarily operate in Nairobi and its environs, but we can travel beyond immediate counties for select events. Note that additional transport and accommodation fees may apply.

What types of events do you specialize in?

We handle a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, private parties, and rites of passage. See our full list of services here.

Do you offer full event planning or just specific services?

We offer both! You can book us for full event planning and coordination or select individual services like décor, rentals, or catering.

How far in advance should I book your services?

For full event planning for big celebrations such as weddings and retreats, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance. For rentals and décor, a minimum of 2 weeks is ideal, but we can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Do you provide event rentals separately, or do they have to be part of a full package?

We offer event rentals both as part of our packages and as standalone services. You can rent tents, furniture, tableware, lighting, and more.

How do you determine pricing for events?

Our pricing is based on factors like event size, location, services required, and customization. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We typically request for a 50% deposit fee to be paid upfront to accommodate our vendors’ costs. However, for larger events, we may offer installment payment options. Let’s discuss what works best for you.

Do you handle setup and takedown?

Yes! Our team manages the entire setup before the event and ensures a smooth takedown afterward.

Can you coordinate with other vendors for my event?

Yes! We collaborate with caterers, photographers, entertainment providers, and other vendors to ensure a seamless experience. However, a certain (excess) amount of coordination may fall under our full planning services. In this case, please reach out to us to avoid incurring unexpected fees.
